Affordable Green

Miami’s first ‘Affordable Green’ house was designed in response to the City of Miami and Developer Ario Lundy’s need for a new and more sustainable approach to providing affordable homes. Built in late 2007, the Owner has yet to pay more than $60 for their monthly electric bill. The house also qualifies as ‘Fortified’ which cuts their Homeowner’s Insurance bill in half.
