100 Town homes and condominiums arranged in clusters of 2, 3 or 4 units, each in its own neighborhood, surrounding a large common landscaped area for communal gardening and recreation. The clubhouse is designed as an educational device for passive and active solar and green techniques as well as for community meetings, recreation, and as a workplace for vendors.

• Windows arranged to promote cross ventilation and maximize daylighting

• High efficiency mini-split air conditioning units allow temperature control on a room by room basis
