Designed and Built two story addition and complete renovation of existing residence on Fort Lauderdale’s Intracoastal Waterway

• First class finishes include Jatoba radiused stairway, travertine and Brazilian Cherry flooring, European styled cherry cabinetry with granite countertops, marble countertops and tub platform in all bathrooms, clear glass shower and tub enclosures throughout, feaux painted media room, and Venezuelan clay tiled roofing
• Pin piles were added throughout to prevent future settling
• 90 foot boat dock with water and electrical hook up
• Upstairs master bedroom suite features full height views of intrcoastal, kitchenette with wet bar and refrigerator, glass block and marble shower, his and her walk-in closet with custom cabinetry and separate dressing vanity, separate toilet and bidet room.
